  • SCENT FREE ENVIRONMENT- please avoid perfumes and colognes for office visits due to severe allergies for some of our staff and patients.


  • PRESCRIPTION REFILLS - doctors will dispense medication quantities based on safe monitoring intervals. Please make every effort to make timely follow up appointments for prescription refills.
